The role of the Sales and Account Executives is to manage a B2B
account base and to proactively increase new sales growth, reduce
customer churn and achieve a targeted net growth in overall account
billing revenue.

The roles:
- Selling specific services, over the phone, on behalf of clients
(currently Cable & Wireless, Nuffield Hospitals and Royal Mail).
- Introducing sales specialists into the customers as appropriate.
- Managing third party partners into the customers.
- Proactively preventing customer defection to competitors.
- Responding to and managing (with the help of support staff) all
customer requests for account administration and service.
- Resolving all customer complaints and problems.
- Resolving (with the help of support staff) customer billing issues.
- Achieving a targeted level of sales orders and billing and other
key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Build business relationships with a growing portfolio of existing
customers.
- Manage customer's accounts proactively, in order to maximise revenue
growth.
- Manage a customer calling cycle, ensuring that regular contact
is maintained across the base.
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer ensuring that
needs are met.
- Identify and close opportunities directly.
- Identify vulnerable accounts and implement action plans to retain
them.
- Follow up marketing campaigns within the specified period.
- Use a database to manage customer information.
- Maintain an accurate profile for each customer on Siebel.
- Ensure that the Customer Satisfaction Process is followed and
the target achieved.
- Comply with all other processes: debtors, sales order book, and
prospects.
- Meet reporting deadlines, in an organised and professional fashion.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Selling and influencing skills.
- Numerate.
- Well presented.
- Multi-tasking and able to prioritise and fulfil the demands of
multiple customers.
- Quick learner.
- Ability to build business relationships with individuals at all
levels within an organisation.
The Package:
Depending on experience the roles attract starting salaries of between
£16-18,000 with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses which
will take total remuneration depending on roles, up to between £23-35,000+.
